Sales, stock and production
The CRM console: sales, stock and the shop floor in one place
A generic CRM tracks contacts and deals. Most businesses need more, because their catalogue, quotations, stock and production all shape a sale. We built this console for a jewellery manufacturer that quotes from thousands of designs and runs every order through dozens of production stages, and we shape it for each business after.
Built to order Set up around your catalogue, pricing, stages and ERP. Scoped on a free call.
In short
The CRM console is a system Aurum designs and builds around how a company sells: enquiries and follow-ups on a shared scheduler, a catalogue searchable by code or by image, quotations generated from it and converted to orders in one step, order requests from WhatsApp read into a review queue, production tracked stage by stage with ageing, and stock and dispatches synced from the ERP with the time they were last updated. Insights explain what changed in plain language.

What it does
The day starts on Today: orders to review, follow-ups due, dispatches planned, quotations gone quiet and payments overdue. The scheduler puts tasks, follow-ups, reminders and dispatches on one calendar the whole team sees.
Selling runs from the catalogue: thousands of products, searchable by code or by image, filtered and saved as a client view. A quotation built from it exports to PDF, Excel or an image pack and converts to an order in one step. Order requests arriving on WhatsApp are read into a review queue, where a person confirms them instead of retyping.
- Today: what needs attention now
- Shared scheduler for follow-ups and dispatches
- Catalogue search by code or image
- Quotations that become orders
- WhatsApp order intake with review
From order to dispatch
Every order is tracked job by job through the stages the work really passes through, drawn as a live flow with counts, ageing and the loops where work comes back. Stock, goods out on approval and dispatches stay current through a sync with the ERP, and every figure shows how fresh it is.
Insights show revenue, conversion and geography, each with a plain-language note on what changed and why it matters, so a manager reads the change rather than the chart.
- Production stages with counts and ageing
- ERP sync with freshness on every figure
- Dispatch planning and records
- Insights with plain-language notes
Built for your business
Your industry will differ from the first client’s. The method is the same: find what a sale really depends on in your business, such as your catalogue, your pricing rules, your stock and your production, and put all of it in one place. The console is built to order, on the same platform discipline as AurumOne: permissions per role, audit logs, versioned rules.
- Your catalogue, prices and stages
- Integration with your ERP or accounts
- Permissions per role and an audit log
- Shaped in working sessions with your team, not from a spec

Common questions
Why build a CRM instead of buying one?
Buy one if your sales process is standard. Build one when the sale depends on things a generic CRM does not know about, such as your catalogue, your pricing rules, your stock or your production. Then the CRM becomes the place the whole business is visible from.
Choosing a CRM for manufacturersCan it connect to our ERP or accounting system?
Yes. The console syncs stock, goods out on approval and dispatches from the client’s ERP, and shows when each figure was last updated so nobody acts on stale numbers.
The jewellery manufacturing case studyCan orders from WhatsApp go straight in?
Order requests that arrive on WhatsApp are read into a review queue. A person checks and confirms them, which is faster and less error-prone than typing them in again.
