Business process automation that removes the repetitive work
Every handoff that depends on someone remembering is a place where work gets stuck. We connect the steps in your process, so approvals route themselves, documents generate themselves, and the numbers update on their own.
Is this you?
Signs it is time
- People re-key the same information from one system into another
- Approvals wait in inboxes and chat threads
- Reports are assembled by hand at the end of every month
- Payslips, quotations or invoices are typed up one at a time
How we do it
Automate repetitive processes, reduce manual work, and improve operational efficiency.
We look for the steps a person repeats every week and ask whether the system could do them by rule. Then we automate them one at a time, starting where the time saved is largest.
Every automated rule keeps a history of its changes, so you can always see what the system did and why. People stay in charge of the exceptions.
In our own payroll product, attendance arrives from biometric devices and salary is calculated from hours by rule. The same thinking applies to sales, approvals, stock and reporting.

Business Automation
Common questions
What kind of work can be automated?
Work that follows a rule: approvals and reminders, generating documents such as payslips, quotations and reports, scheduled exports, and moving data between systems. If a person does the same steps every week, it is a candidate.
Will automation replace our staff?
It replaces the repetitive part of their work, not their judgement. The aim is that people spend their time on exceptions and decisions, and stop spending it on copying data and chasing approvals.
Can you automate around the software we already use?
Usually, yes. If your existing systems offer an API, a database or even a regular export, we can connect to them and automate across them, without replacing what already works.
