Workflow and integration automation: the systems you have, working as one

Most companies do not need more software. They need the software they have to talk to each other, and the handoffs between people to stop depending on memory. We connect the systems and wire the workflow: a request raised here becomes an approval there, a document everywhere it belongs, and a record nobody has to retype.

  • Approvals routed by rule
  • Documents from the record
  • One entry, every system

In short

Workflow and integration automation connects your ERP, accounting package, devices, messaging and the systems we build so that each fact is entered once and flows to where it is needed, and so that handoffs run by rule: requests routed to the right approver by amount or role, documents generated from the record, notifications sent when a status changes, and every step recorded.

What gets automated

Integration: one system is the source of truth for each fact, and the others read from it. Stock from the ERP, customers from the CRM, employees from AurumOne, payments from the bank statement. Each synced figure shows when it was last updated, so stale data is obvious rather than dangerous, and a failed sync raises an alert instead of going unnoticed.

Workflow: a leave request checks the balance and goes to the manager; a purchase above a limit escalates; a confirmed order generates the invoice and the delivery note; a dispatch sends the customer a message. Approvers get reminders, requesters see where their request is, and policies are versioned with the date they apply from.

  • Source-of-truth integrations with freshness shown
  • Approvals routed by amount, role and policy
  • Documents generated from the record
  • Notifications on status changes
  • A history of who decided what, and when

How we build it

We map where each piece of data is born and where it needs to go, then build the connection with clear ownership. Anything that offers an API, a database, a file export or a device protocol can be connected; we tell you what is reliable before building on it.

The workflow rules come from your approval matrix, which we write down with you, often for the first time. Exceptions are designed in: who may override, and how an override is recorded.

  • Ownership decided per fact
  • APIs, databases, exports and device protocols
  • Monitored syncs that alert on failure
  • Approval matrix written down and versioned

What it connects to

ERP and accounting packages, HR and payroll including AurumOne, CRM and order systems, biometric and other devices, WhatsApp Business and email, payment gateways and bank statements, and shared drives for the documents.

  • ERP and accounting
  • HR, payroll and devices

Common questions

What if our old system has no API?

There is usually still a way: a database connection, a scheduled export or a file drop. We will tell you what is reliable and what is not before building anything on it.

How do we know a sync has not silently failed?

Integrations we build are monitored and show their own freshness. A figure that has not updated says so, and a failed sync raises an alert instead of going unnoticed.

Can the owner still approve everything?

Yes, and many owners start that way. The difference is that every request arrives in one place with the facts attached. Over time you hand defined categories to managers, with limits, and the record stays complete.

Book a strategy call

Bring one process you think could run itself. We will tell you straight whether it is worth automating, what should stay with people, and what it would take.

What happens next

  1. A person reads your note and replies within one working day.
  2. A call, in English, Hindi or Gujarati, to understand the workflow behind the problem. Every consultation call is free.
  3. A written proposal: scope, approach and what it will take.
