Automation audit and advisory: find out what your business should automate first

Almost every company can name ten things it would like automated or done with AI. The ones that succeed pick the right one first. We study how your work moves, where your data is, and what your systems can do, draw the map, and give you a plan you can act on, with us or without us.

  • Process and data study
  • A map you keep
  • Build, buy or integrate, honestly

In short

The audit is a short study: we read your processes, data and systems, talk to the people who do the work, and come back with a map of the business and a ranked backlog. For each candidate: what it would save, what it would take, whether a rule, an agent or a person should do it, and whether to build, buy or integrate. The output is written plainly and is yours to take to any vendor.

What you get

A map of your core operations: the flows, the handoffs, the systems that hold the facts, and where time and money leak. A written assessment of your current systems: what is sound, what is risky. A ranked backlog of automation and agent candidates, each with an honest estimate of payback and effort, and a clear note on the ones to leave alone. An architecture outline with a cost model for the first project.

Where the honest answer is to buy a product rather than build one, we say so. The recommendation is written so you can take it to any vendor, including us.

  • A map of the core operations
  • Assessment of processes, data and systems
  • Ranked backlog with payback and effort
  • Rule, agent or person, per item
  • Architecture and cost model for the first project

How it runs

It starts with a free call. If a study makes sense, we spend time with the people who do the work, on site or on shared screens, read the code and the data where there is some, and write everything down in plain language.

We rank by payback, not by novelty: the first project should pay for the second. Many engagements end with one small automation that goes live quickly and earns the trust for the larger one.

  • A free first call
  • Time with the people who do the work
  • Code, data and architecture review where relevant
  • A plain-language write-up
  • Ranked by payback

When it is the right first step

An ageing system nobody dares to touch. A large software decision with conflicting advice. A sense that a lot could be automated and no idea where to start. A stalled AI project. Or a board asking what the company’s AI plan is.

  • Legacy systems and modernisation
  • Large build-or-buy decisions
  • Where to start with automation and agents
  • Stalled or over-running projects

Common questions

Will you just recommend hiring you?

No. Build, buy or integrate is an honest question, and sometimes the answer is to buy. The recommendation is written so you can take it to any vendor.

How long does a study take?

It depends on the size of the business and how many systems are involved. We agree the scope and the deliverables on the free call before anything starts.

Do you review systems or AI projects someone else built?

Yes. Architecture and code reviews of existing systems, and of AI projects that have stalled, are part of this service.

Bring one process you think could run itself. We will tell you straight whether it is worth automating, what should stay with people, and what it would take.

What happens next

  1. A person reads your note and replies within one working day.
  2. A call, in English, Hindi or Gujarati, to understand the workflow behind the problem. Every consultation call is free.
  3. A written proposal: scope, approach and what it will take.
