Payroll & HRMS
AurumOne: payroll and HRMS that runs from the punch to the payslip
AurumOne is our own payroll and HR system, built for companies whose pay follows hours, shifts and output. Devices push punches in, the month builds itself, salary follows your rules, and the month locks when you say so. It runs in the browser, in four languages, and is set up around your company rather than the other way round.
From ₹999 per month Basic plan, 1 to 25 employees. Full slabs on the pricing page.
In short
AurumOne is a subscription payroll and HRMS system from Aurum Enterprise Solutions. Biometric devices push attendance in as it happens, the monthly muster builds itself with exceptions flagged, salary is calculated from hours worked with overtime, advances, loans and statutory deductions by rule, and payslips and the bank file are generated once the month is locked. Leave, hiring, warnings and performance reviews run in the same system, with permissions per role and an audit log.

At a glance
What it covers
- Biometric attendance straight into the monthly muster
- Hours-based salary with overtime, advances and loans
- Leave, hiring, warnings and reviews as workflows
- Permissions per role and an audit log
- English, Hindi, Gujarati and Bengali
What it does
Attendance: each device is registered and pushes punches straight in. The muster shows days present, offs, holidays, leave and absences with work and overtime hours, and the problems are counted rather than hidden: punches that match nobody, incomplete days, a device whose clock has drifted.
Pay: from a monthly salary and standard hours the system derives the rates, then calculates regular pay from hours actually worked, overtime at your multiplier, advances and loans recovered through payroll, and deductions such as professional tax and ESIC. Payslips show their working, and a locked month stays locked. Around it: employee records and documents, leave and holiday policies, hiring, warnings and resignations as workflows, and performance grading with trends.
- Live dashboard of who is in, out, late and on leave
- Muster from device punches, exceptions flagged
- Hours-based pay, overtime, advances, loans, deductions
- Payslips, bank file and reports generated
- Leave, hiring, warning and resignation workflows
- Performance grading with trends
Set up around your rules
Shifts, departments, grace periods, overtime multipliers, penalties, paid holidays and deduction rules are settings, not code. Every rule carries the date it applies from, so a change next month never rewrites last month’s payslips.
Each person picks their own language: English, Hindi, Gujarati or Bengali. A supervisor can check the day’s muster in Gujarati while the accountant closes the month in English, on the same data. We recommend running one month alongside your current method before switching over.
- Rules versioned with the date they apply from
- Four interface languages, chosen per user
- Excel and PDF exports for your accountant
- Bank transfer file in your bank’s format
Security and access
Permissions are set role by role, down to each screen and each action: view, create, update, delete, import and export. An audit log records who changed what and when. Sign-in has a password policy, session limits and optional authenticator apps, and each company’s data is kept apart from every other.
- Permissions per module and action
- Audit log of every change
- Password policy and optional authenticator apps
- Data isolation per company
