Software for jewellery manufacturers, from the catalogue to the karigar’s payslip
Jewellery manufacturing runs on details generic software does not understand: karat, weights, stones, bags moving between departments, goods out on memo, and a skilled workforce paid by the hour. We have built systems around each of them.
Selling: catalogue, quotations and orders
A catalogue of thousands of designs, searchable by design code or by image, with versions grouped and a view saved for each client. Selections are made on a tablet at an exhibition stall and become a quotation that exports at 9, 14 or 18 karat, or all three, as PDF, Excel or an image pack.
Order requests that arrive on WhatsApp, including a client’s own order sheet, are read into a review queue, so a person confirms them instead of retyping them.
Making: production by the bag
Every department, from CAD and wax through casting, filing, setting and polish to finished goods, appears on one board with the bags there now, their weight by metal, how long they have waited and where work is coming back for repair. A salesperson can see a client’s open work without calling the floor.

Stock, memo and the numbers
Live stock, goods out on memo by age, and dispatches are kept current through a sync with the ERP, with every figure showing how fresh it is. Insights turn that into revenue by month, quotation conversion and sales by region, each with a plain-language note.
Paying: karigars and staff
AurumOne, our payroll and HRMS product, takes punches from biometric devices, calculates salary from hours with overtime, advances and loans, and grades performance from production, attendance and behaviour. It works in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Bengali.

Questions
Common questions
We already have an ERP. Do we need to replace it?
No. The console we built sits on top of the client’s existing ERP and syncs from it. The ERP stays the book of record, and the new system is where people actually work.
Can we start with just one part?
Yes. Payroll and attendance, the catalogue and quotations, or production tracking each stand on their own and connect later.
Is this a product or a custom build?
AurumOne payroll is a product we set up around your rules. The sales and production console is built around your process, reusing what we have already learned about the trade.
