A small team that maps businesses and builds the systems that run them
Aurum Enterprise Solutions was founded by Het Jasoliya in Surat, Gujarat. We work with businesses across India and with clients abroad. We study how a business runs, map its core parts, and build secure automated systems and AI agents, voice, task, repetitive-work and customer agents, that take the routine off its people. We also run our own products: AurumOne for payroll and HR, the CRM console, and ERP systems built to order.

How we work
Study, map, build, run, grow
Five moves, each ending in something you can hold: an account of how the work runs, the map, working software, a measured system, and a supported one. Nothing carries over on trust alone.
Every consultation call is free. Each stage is scoped on that call, in writing.
Study
A free call, then time with the people who do the work: we follow an order, a hire, an invoice from start to finish and write down the rules nobody wrote down.
Map
The core parts of the business drawn as flows: who triggers what, what waits on whom, which system holds each fact, where time and money leak, and what can run by rule, by agent, or must stay with a person.
Build
The first part, built on a secure footing: permissions, audit log, versioned rules. Working software early and often, in your browser, adjusted against real use.
Run
Measured on your own cases, then live: integrated with your ERP, accounts, devices and messaging, a parallel run where money is involved, a person reachable at every step.
Grow
We stay on to support, measure and extend. The next part of the map gets built when the first has paid for it; the system grows with the business.

What does Aurum Enterprise Solutions do?
