One fixed monthly price for each company size, on the Basic or the Full plan. No setup fee, and no charge per login or terminal.

AurumOne has one simple price: a fixed monthly amount for each slab of employees, on the Basic or the Full plan. You do not pay per user, per login or per terminal.

- Each contract worker counts as 0.5 of an employee.
- Paying a year ahead buys 12 months’ credit at 10% off.
- Aurum Enterprise Solutions is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged on its invoices.

Above the largest slab listed, each further band of employees adds the fixed step shown in the table.
How it works
- Who is counted. On each day, every employee who has joined and not yet left counts as one. If you use the contract-workers feature, each active contract worker counts as 0.5.
- Which slab. The day's counts are averaged over the days billed in the month and rounded to a whole number, half up. That average picks your slab, so a few joiners late in the month do not move you into a higher slab for the whole month. An account with no employees still pays for the first slab.
- Part months. If your account is live for only part of a month, you pay for those days only: the monthly price × days billed ÷ days in the month.
- Changing plan. If you change plan or hosting during a month, each part is priced for its own days, and the slab comes from the whole month's average.
- Dedicated hosting. If you want your data in a database reserved for you, rather than a shared one, the price is 50% more than the shared price for the same plan and slab, rounded to the rupee.
- Pay a year ahead. You can pay for 12 months of credit at 10% off. The amount is worked out from your recent monthly price and shown before you pay. Each monthly invoice is then paid from the credit until it is used up.
- Tax. Aurum Enterprise Solutions is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged on its invoices.
Billing
- You are billed monthly in arrears: on the 1st of each month we invoice for the month just ended.
- Each invoice is due 15 days after it is issued, and can be paid online through the payment link in the invoice email, or by bank transfer.
- TDS, if you deduct it, is accepted as part of the payment once you deposit it and give us the certificate.
What is free
- No setup fee.
- No charge for logins, users or administrators.
- No charge for connecting attendance terminals.
- No cancellation fee.
Price changes
If we change our prices, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies. A change applies from the first billing month that starts at least 30 days after our email. While your account still holds annual credit you paid for, it stays on the old prices until that credit is used up. You may cancel before a change applies.
