Scenario: what we would build
Real-estate sales automation: every enquiry answered while it is warm
Enquiries come from portals, ads, calls and WhatsApp at all hours, and the best of them go cold while the sales team is out on site visits. A developer rarely needs more leads. It needs every lead it already has to get a reply, an owner and a next step on the same day.
In short
For a real-estate developer or sales team, automation works on the enquiry. A task agent qualifies each one, assigns an owner by rule and schedules the first follow-up the same day. A voice agent books site visits and confirms them, reminders go the day before, quiet leads are flagged before they go cold, brochures go on WhatsApp on request, and every enquiry keeps its source. The visit and the negotiation stay with people.

An illustration, not a client story: a typical map for this kind of business, drawn from what such businesses ask for. Your own map comes out of the study.
Where the leads leak
Leads arrive in several places at once: property portals, the website, ad forms, missed calls and WhatsApp. They are copied into a sheet or a CRM when someone has time, and a lead that waits a day has often already spoken to another project.
After the first call, follow-ups depend on each salesperson’s memory, site visits are booked by phone and forgotten by the buyer, and at the end of the month nobody can say which campaign produced the bookings.
- Enquiries scattered across portals, forms and phones
- A first reply hours or days late
- Follow-ups in personal notebooks
- Site visits the buyer forgets
- Campaign spend without a source report
What we would build
Every enquiry lands in one list with its source recorded. A task agent reads it, asks the qualifying questions you set, such as budget, configuration and timeline, on WhatsApp or by call, and assigns an owner by project, locality or turn. The first follow-up is scheduled the same day, and the owner is reminded on time.
A voice agent offers site-visit slots and books them against the sales team’s calendar, confirms on WhatsApp with the location pin, and reminds the buyer the day before. Leads with no activity for the number of days you set are flagged before they go cold. Buyer documents for a booking, such as KYC and forms, are read and filed against the lead for a person to check.
- One enquiry list, with the source of each
- Qualification and assignment by rule
- A first follow-up the same day
- Site visits booked, confirmed and reminded
- Quiet leads flagged, documents filed
What stays with people
The site visit, the negotiation, the price and the close. The agent never quotes a price it has not been given, never promises a possession date or an offer, and hands any buyer who asks for a person to the owner of the lead, with the history attached.
What it connects to

Questions
Common questions
Can it work with the property portals we use?
Where a portal sends leads by email, by form or through an integration, they can be captured automatically. We check each portal you use before we build, and say which ones need a manual step.
Will the agent talk to buyers on its own?
For the steps you allow: qualifying questions, slot booking, reminders and sending a brochure. Prices, offers and anything a buyer wants a person for go to the salesperson who owns the lead.
We already have a CRM. Do we need a new one?
Usually not. The automation can capture into the CRM you have and remind from it. If it is holding the team back, we will say so and explain the alternative.
