Payroll and attendance software for factories and workshops
Office payroll software assumes a fixed salary and a nine-to-six day. A shop floor is different: shifts, overtime, hours-based pay, advances, contract workers and supervisors who are more comfortable in their own language. AurumOne was built for that.
Attendance that starts at the gate
Biometric devices at the entrance push punches straight in. The monthly muster builds itself, with in, out, work, overtime and breaks for every day, and problems such as unmatched punches or a missing out-punch are queued for review instead of surfacing as a salary dispute.
Pay that follows the hours
Salary is calculated from hours actually worked against the hours required, with overtime at your multiplier, penalties for late arrival and break violations if you use them, advances and loans recovered through payroll, and deductions such as professional tax and ESIC. Employees and contract workers are kept as separate groups.
- Bank-transfer and cash employees together
- Recompute, review, then lock the month
- A payslip that shows its working
Departments, not just people
Everything can be seen by department and sub-department: casting, polishing, setting, quality, or whatever yours are called. Performance is graded per employee and per department from production, attendance and behaviour, so a manager can see which line is slipping and why.
Built for the people who use it
Supervisors can work in Hindi, Gujarati or Bengali while accounts works in English. Permissions are set role by role, so a supervisor can check attendance without ever seeing a salary.

Questions
Common questions
Does it handle shifts and overtime?
Yes. Shifts have their own area, lateness is measured against the shift start plus a grace period, and overtime is calculated from the punches and paid at the multiplier you set.
What about contract workers?
Contract workers are kept alongside employees as their own group, with their own attendance and salary views.
How do we move from our current spreadsheet?
We set up your departments, shifts and salary rules, load your employees, and recommend running one month alongside your current method before switching over.
