CRM & Business Management

Sales insights that say what changed, in plain language

A dashboard full of charts still leaves someone to work out what they mean. The insights screens we built attach a sentence to every chart, and sort findings into what is strong, what to watch and what is weak.

A score, and the reasons for it

Each area of the business, such as sales, production, inventory and exposure, gets a score out of a hundred with its strengths, watches and weaknesses counted. The detail is one click away, heaviest first.

Charts that come with a sentence

Revenue by month comes with a note such as how the latest full month compares with the average of the three before it, and how many invoices the figure is based on. The current month is drawn differently until it ends, so nobody mistakes a half-finished month for a bad one.

  • Revenue pulse by month
  • Quotation funnel: submitted, draft, cancelled, converted
  • Sales by region
  • Exposure by age

Honest about its own data

Figures synced from another system show when they were last updated. An insight built on stale or partial data says so, which matters more than a precise-looking number that is quietly wrong.

In practice

The CRM console we designed and built

CRM insights screen with sample data: a revenue chart by month, a quotation funnel and sales by region.

Screens recreated with sample data. The live system holds a client’s records, so it is never shown. See every screen

Questions

Common questions

Do we need a data team to use this?

No. That is the point of the plain-language notes. The work of interpreting the chart is done once, in the software, not by every reader.

Where does the data come from?

From the systems you already run. In the console we built, invoices, stock and dispatches come from the ERP, and quotations and follow-ups from the CRM itself.

Can the insights be tailored to our business?

Yes. Which questions matter is different for every company, so the questions, thresholds and notes are built around yours.
