We are based in Surat, Gujarat, and we work with businesses across India. Distance changes less than you might expect: the software runs in a browser, most of the work happens on calls and shared screens, and when a project needs someone on site, we come to you.
How a project runs when we are not in the same city
It starts with a conversation. You tell us, on a phone or video call, how the work moves today and where it gets stuck. Every consultation call is free.
Then we learn the workflow properly. You walk us through it on a shared screen and send us the spreadsheets, forms and registers your team works from. We ask about the exceptions, because the unwritten rules are where generic software fails, and they come out on a call as readily as across a desk.
You see working software early. It runs in your browser, so your team tries it where they work, and we adjust it against real use rather than against a document. After go-live we stay on to support and extend it.

When we come to you
Some things are better done in person: connecting biometric attendance devices, walking a shop floor to see how work really moves, or sitting with a payroll team through its first month-end on the new system. When a project needs someone on site, we travel to you, anywhere in India.
In your language
Talk to us in English, Hindi or Gujarati, whichever your team is most comfortable in. On screen, AurumOne, our payroll and HRMS product, works in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Bengali, and each user picks their own.

Yes. We are based in Surat and work with businesses anywhere in India: online by default, and on site when a project needs it.
Do we need to come to Surat?
No. Everything from the first call to go-live can happen where you are. When a project needs someone on site, we travel to you, anywhere in India.
How do we stay in touch during a project?
By phone and video calls, email and WhatsApp, with working software to try as it takes shape. Calls can be in English, Hindi or Gujarati.
Do consultation calls cost anything?
No. Every consultation call is free. That holds whether or not you go on to work with us.
