CRM & Business Management

Sales follow-up software that tells you what needs doing today

Deals are rarely lost to a competitor. They are lost to a follow-up nobody remembered. The CRM we built opens on a single list: everything that needs someone’s attention today, most overdue first.

One list for the day

The home screen gathers what needs attention from across the business: orders to review, follow-ups due, dispatches waiting, quotations that have gone quiet, alerts and overdue payments. Each shows how overdue it is, and can be opened or marked done from the list.

Leads and pipeline

Leads move through stages from new to won or lost, with an expected value and the date they arrived. Business cards collected at an exhibition can be captured rather than typed, so a stack of cards becomes a list of leads the same evening.

  • New, contacted, qualified, won, lost
  • Follow-ups with due dates
  • Reminders
  • Card captures

A scheduler the whole team shares

Tasks, follow-ups, reminders and dispatches appear on one calendar, by day, week, month or as an agenda. Each source can be switched on or off, and the week can be exported.

In practice

The CRM console we designed and built

CRM weekly scheduler with sample data, showing dispatch counts per day and scheduled tasks.

Questions

Common questions

How is this different from a generic CRM?

A generic CRM knows about contacts and deals. This one also knows about your orders, dispatches and stock, so "what needs doing today" covers the whole business, not only the sales pipeline.

Can a manager see the team’s follow-ups?

Yes. Follow-ups carry an owner, and overdue ones are counted and visible rather than sitting in one person’s notebook.

Will my team have to enter a lot of data?

Less than they do now. Much of it arrives on its own: orders from messages, stock and dispatches from the ERP, cards from a capture.
