Payroll and CRM software for businesses in Ahmedabad
Ahmedabad and Surat sit at the two ends of Gujarat’s industrial belt, and we are at the southern one. We supply AurumOne payroll and our CRM to businesses in Ahmedabad. We are a Gujarat company rather than an Ahmedabad one, and we would rather say so than pretend to an address we do not have.
Factory payroll, in the language of the factory
Ahmedabad makes things: textiles, engineering goods, chemicals, pharmaceuticals. Factories bring payroll problems an office never meets, such as rotating shifts, overtime, contract workers beside permanent staff, and wages that depend on the hours a machine at the gate recorded.
AurumOne was built for that. It keeps employees and contract workers as separate groups, measures lateness against the shift plus a grace period, and shows every payslip’s arithmetic. It also reads in Gujarati, which matters more on a shop floor than in a boardroom.
- Shifts, overtime and break rules
- Contract workers alongside employees
- Departments and sub-departments
- Performance graded from production and attendance
A CRM built around what you sell
Manufacturers rarely need a generic CRM. They need sales to see stock and production, quotations that carry their own product attributes, and orders that do not get retyped between systems. We build the CRM around that, on top of the ERP you already run rather than instead of it.
Same state, a short journey apart
Day to day we work with Ahmedabad businesses the way most software is delivered now: online, with regular calls and software you can try as it takes shape. Surat and Ahmedabad are joined by road and frequent trains, so a visit to see a plant or sit with a payroll team is easy to arrange.
Questions
Common questions
Are you an Ahmedabad company?
No. We are based in Surat, also in Gujarat, and supply our payroll and CRM systems to businesses in Ahmedabad.
Can our supervisors use the system in Gujarati?
Yes. Each user chooses their own language, and Gujarati is one of four, with English, Hindi and Bengali.
We already have an ERP. Will this replace it?
It does not have to. We have built a sales and production console that sits on top of an existing ERP and syncs from it, so the ERP stays the book of record.
