Employee performance grading built on real data
Most performance conversations run on impressions. AurumOne grades every employee from figures the company already produces, so the conversation starts from evidence.
A grade for every day
Each employee gets a score and a letter grade built from three parts: production, attendance and behaviour. Production figures are uploaded from Excel, attendance comes from the devices, and behaviour comes from reviews.
Scores are shown by day, week, month or year, each with a trend against the period before, so a slide is visible long before it becomes a problem.

Reviews a manager can defend
The monthly review scores four things on a five-point scale: discipline and conduct, work quality and care, teamwork and cooperation, and initiative and reliability. Each level is described in words, so a "4" means the same thing to every reviewer.
A note is required to justify the lowest or the highest rating. A status panel shows, department by department, how many reviews are still to be done this month.
The department view
Departments are graded as well, from the members who were graded that month. The dashboard shows the highest and lowest scorers of the month alongside today’s attendance, so recognition and support both have somewhere to start.

Questions
Common questions
Where do the production figures come from?
Today they are uploaded from an Excel sheet. If production is already recorded in another system, that system can be integrated so the upload disappears.
Can the grading scheme be changed?
Yes. Performance grading and department grading each have their own settings, so the scheme can follow how your company judges performance.
Does this replace appraisals?
No. It gives an appraisal an evidence base. The decision stays with the manager; the system makes sure the facts are in front of them.
